Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is based on the teachings, research, and practice of yoga, Buddhism, neuroscience, psychology, and Ayurveda. Yoga therapy is not a yoga class, it's therapy; most clients have never practiced yoga and don't intend to.  It's called yoga therapy because it is based on the principle that the best way to the mind is through the body.  


Through a carefully led embodied practice a client will come to understand behavior, thought patterns, and life experience in a new way.  Yoga therapy can transform stress, anxiety, fear, and depression, heal, motivate and empower, and help one embrace and manifest life changes

Yoga therapy is offered to individuals, couples, and groups.

Seva means service.  OGGI BE is committed to service!

We are committed to supporting the givers and leaders in our community who are on the front lines of our collective wellness and sovereignty. 


Many service and non-profit careers can have unintended negative impacts on the people who step up to do that work.  Secondary trauma, collective pain and grief, high levels of stress, and more can lead to personal imbalance and strain the nervous system.


OGGI BE provides free therapeutic experiences to people working in these fields so that they can access support, cultivate their resilience, and be restored!

OGGI BE was founded by Christine Badalamenti Smith.  It is a collection of practices and services that embrace the unique qualities of every person as they arrive in the present moment, it is a community of engaged and empowered people embracing what is and what can be, and it is a state of mind. 

OGGI BE acknowledges all aspects of being human today, with a focus on mental health, emotional resilience, personal growth, and empowerment.

OGGI BE is a bridge from the individual to the communal and natural world.  

Human wellness is inextricably linked with the wellness of our Earth and our relationship with it.  Mental and physical health are a mirror to that effect.  Improving the balance within, and the connections among people will result in better stewardship of the land, and in turn, better conditions in which to thrive and prosper.
