I have had the wonderful pleasure of working with Christine and from the first session, I said you are better than any doctor!!! I say that because connecting to myself has allowed me to use tools and self guidance to react to situations, grow and learn from them vs continuing to stress out. I feel so much more in tune to my needs, who I truly am. I am able to say no to things that don't serve me, I am able to have patience with those around me, I am able to process a situation and come up with solutions. Wow. What an incredible experience. I had no concept of what yoga therapy felt like and was blown away. It's a truly immersive experience that words can't describe, but I'll do my best.
