Hopefully, clients leave a session of (any kind of) therapy and feel awakened with new knowledge and purpose, and energized to achieve their goal. Then, something happens between sessions when all the other things creep in and the sense of urgency, perceived obligations, and minutiae replace the insights in your mind and knowing in your heart and drain the energy from your body.

We should all be doing the work every day, but that’s hard! Certain areas of focus, like working with anxiety, really ask for daily attention and practice to experience a shift. Transformation can happen quickly, but only with concerted effort.

It goes from something you learn, to something you practice, to something you embody, and the way that you now are. That requires more energy up front, consistent energy to sustain you through the middle, and then it starts to flow.

The Three-Month Intensive is your personal support system, helping to guide you and keep you on the path when consistency is most critical. It invites you to engage not just one hour a week, but each day of the week! It offers you more structure, more learning and intellectual understanding, more opportunities to embody the work, and more comprehensive ways to integrate the change fully into your life and your world. It provides catalyzing energy and support to get started and stay with it so you can get to that place at the end where it all starts to come together and flow.
