Group Yoga Therapy Policies

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full prior to the start of the program unless a payment arrangement has been confirmed in writing with a representative from OGGI BE.  For programs accepting a down payment, 50% of the total cost of the program must be paid prior to the first day of the program and the remaining 50% must be paid in full by the middle of the program.  These details, including payment amounts, frequency, and due dates will be outlined in a payment agreement which must be signed by the participant and the first installment must be made prior to the start of the program.  The participant will be directly invoiced per the agreement.

The accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

PayPal offers two options to “pay later,” including PayPal Credit or Pay in 4.  Pay in 4 is an interest-free payment arrangement that separates the total investment into four (4) separate payments.  For any participant wishing to take advantage of Pay in 4, they must choose to check out using PayPal as their payment method.  Participants using PayPal’s Pay in 4 option will be considered paid in full when they complete their agreement with PayPal and register for the program.

Programs that require payment in full prior to registration are non-refundable.  Programs accepting payment arrangements require a non-refundable 50% deposit prior to the start of the program, the balance of the investment may be refundable depending on the length of time the participant experienced the program.

Commitment & Attendance Policy

The success of program is contingent upon every participant showing up, being present, and engaging fully in each session.

Participants are expected to attend every scheduled session of their program.  It’s understandable that the unexpected happens and if a participant needs to miss a scheduled session for an emergency, they should immediately text or call the facilitator to let them know.  It’s imperative not to wait to communicate this information as it may require the reorganization of an activity.  Emailing is not an acceptable way to communicate a last-minute cancelation as the facilitator may not receive the information in time to prepare.

Each participant should commit to read the Yoga Therapy Practice Guide each week and do as many of the activities and practices as they can in between each session.  Participants will get out of the program as much as they put into it.  What participants gain in their personal development will also contribute to the collective development of the group.

COVID-19 Policy (for programs that are held in-person)

Programs that are held in person will abide by the COVID-19 regulations of the city and state in which the program is delivered.  Masks may be required, please check in with the facilitator if you are unfamiliar with the regulations in your area.

Please stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms that might be related to COVID-19; if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within five days prior to your session; or if you have tested positive for COVID-19.  In order to return to in-person sessions a negative COVID-19 test is required, the test must be taken no fewer than five days after symptoms abated or after exposure to a COVID positive person.  A participant may be asked to leave at any time if they are exhibiting concerning symptoms at the discretion of the facilitator.

Participants are expected to bring and handle their own supplies and materials.  Please be mindful when sharing items or helping others.  Please wash hands prior to each session and use antibacterial sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
